I have been really thinking hard and long about what I should get my grandmother for her 85^th birthday, which is just around the corner. Then after coming across this really nice portable DVD player online the other day that was on sale for a really smoking bargain, I knew that I had struck gold. She is not nearly as mobile as she used to be, and many times she is unable to leave her bedroom these days, so a new portable DVD player would be ideal for her. This way she can watch the DVD movies that she so enjoys, and the portable DVD player that I am looking at is so tiny, compact and sleek that she can easily rest it upon her lap and enjoy even watching movies in bed. I think that after talking to my siblings about them going in on this portable DVD player with me for grandma’s birthday that we are going to surprise the heck out of her. I think that I will shop around for some cool classic movies to get her as well, so she is all stocked up with great things to watch too!
