I’ve been trying to get some packing done for an upcoming extended vacation and I’m still trying to decide if I’m going to take the notebook computer.   Since a majority of the time will be spent with family, I know that if I need to use a computer, I can always use the notebook computer that I found for mom online not too long ago.   It would mean less to have to stuff in my carry on, plus it would be nice not to have to keep up with it.   I just can’t decide.   At least I have until the end of the week.   I do have my digital camera charged and sitting in my carry on, plus I have the portable DVD player to use on the plane so that I don’t have to be stuck with watching the in flight movies.   My husband gave me the portable DVD player for my 40^th birthday and I absolutely love it.  At first I wasn’t sure, but it has been great when traveling via plane, or even in the car.  Less than one week to go and we’re on our way!
