Yesterday I had one of those days when I really just needed to get away from everything and everyone.   It seemed that it was one of those days where everything that can go wrong does, so I decided to take my notebook computer, grab a cup of coffee and go out into the back yard and sit for a while.  I promised myself that when I opened the notebook computer I wouldn’t read any emails but instead I would spend some time reading articles or looking at things I enjoy.   While I was sitting there unwinding, I remembered that I wanted to check on a portable DVD player to possibly take with us to the mountains for Thanksgiving.   The cabin we are staying in doesn’t have a television and I thought having a portable DVD player would at least give us the option to watch a movie if we wanted to.   I found several online for a good price, only I’m not sure which to order so I’ll leave that up to my husband. I bookmarked them all, and when we get a chance to sit down and talk about it, I’ll show him the ones I found and let him make the choice.
